A luxury flat, where Brian Epstein put Ringo Starr and George Harrison so he could keep an eye on them at the height of Beatlemania, is up for rent for a whopping £1,400 a week.
The three-bedroom apartment in Knightsbridge, London, was home to the legendary music stars during their first world tour in 1964 and is where the Beatles met for a cup of tea before travelling to Buckingham Palace to receive their MBEs.

The pair, who shared the Whaddon House flat with George’s future wife, Pattie Boyd, moved into the property after it was recommended to them by their manager, Brian Epstein, who lived upstairs on the fifth floor from 1963 to 1965.

Epstein was notorious for throwing lavish rock and roll parties on the rooftop and is thought to have wanted George and Ringo nearby to keep an eye on them. Pictured is the spacious dining and living area

Epstein was notorious for throwing lavish rock and roll parties on the rooftop and is thought to have wanted George and Ringo nearby to keep an eye on them.
The manager reportedly threw a party to celebrate the world tour there which was attended by all four Beatles as well as celebrity guests Mick Jagger, Judy Garland and Keith Richards.

The celebrations spread onto the roof where a temporary ballroom including a red carpet, was set up in a marquee.
The swanky apartment is available to let for £1,400 per week through John D Wood & Co.
The spacious flat is on the second floor and boasts a balcony, two bathrooms, a gated mews and private underground parking with easy access to Harrods and Harvey Nichols.
