It may have been pouring with rain, but Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy Shevell haven't let the wet weather dampen their spirits.
The Beatles legend evidently decided to Let It Be as the couple stepped out for a romantic stroll in London's St John's Wood earlier today.
Strolling arm in arm the husband and wife looked the picture of love as they meandered through the streets with their umbrella.

Despite it being the middle of summer, the couple - who tied the knot in a low-key ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall last October - were dressed more for the winter months due to the inclement weather.
Nancy, 51, looked casual, yet chic, in jeans, chocolate brown leather boots and a chunky-knit navy blue cardigan, with a red gilet to protect her elements.
And despite being a New Yorker, she certainly seemed to be getting into the spirit of the London 2012 Olympic Games by carrying a navy and gold logo-emblazoned bag.

Meanwhile, Sir Paul, 70, looked stylish in a shirt and cardigan combo, jeans, and a smart black wool trenchcoat.
The couple seemed to be having a lovely day as they went about their chores, and were chatting eagerly as they popped into a luxury chemist to stock up on supplies.

Although he is usually able to command fees of hundreds of thousands of pounds for his performances, it was recently revealed Sir Paul was paid just £1 for his appearance at the London 2012 Olympic Games opening ceremony last Friday night.
Alongside a whole host of other big names, including Mike Oldfield, the Arctic Monkeys and Emeli Sande, the musician had agreed to play the show for free, but the inclusion of the minimal fee was deemed necessary to bind his and the other performers' contracts.
